Le Bol de Marseille (France)
Bol de Marseille - Overview

Le Bol de Marseille is made of really smooth concrete and is split into a front and a back section.
In the front section there is a small roll-in, as well as a 'phat' spine with extension and rounded top for interesting transfers.  Even more interesting is the dented coping.
The back section consists of three connected bowls, of which the last one is the biggest. It also has quite a bit of a vertical drop.
On the edge of the park there are a few trees, but don't expect much shade! Sunscreen is recommended as well as swimming trunks and a couple of days there.  In the evenings you can meet some of the local skaters, sessioning the place like they skate there every day... (they probably do).
Le Bol de Marseille is relatively easy to find, just drive through Marseille along the coastal road and every now and then ask pedestrians: 'Pour aller au Skaterpark, Monsieur/Madame?'  (Works a treat!)
